Referrals Documentation

 

The Referrals tab is in the WIC Services Certification Workflow under the Care Plan Page. This page may be accessed at any time to document referrals for a family and/or client. See Module 3: Figure 63 below.

The referrals may be added manually, or they may be transferred from the last certification's income screening on the Income page. See Module 3: Figure 64 below.
