Resend Envelope

Resend provides the use the ability to resend the original envelope to the Family’s email address on the envelope.  Resend can be performed when envelope status is in Sent and Waiting on client.

Note: If user needs to send envelope to a different email address, they will need to void the original envelope, update the email address on the Family page and send a new eSignature package.

 

1.  To resend the original envelope, click the Resend   icon, the Resend eSignature Envelope message displays.  See Module 2: Figure 26 below

2.  Click the Confirm button.  Envelope resent successfully message displays and eSignature grid is updated with envelope information - Date & Time Sent and Status Last Updated will display the Date & Time the envelope was resent, and Status changed to Sent. Check Status, Resend and Void icons will display as active.   See Module 2: Figure 27 below
