The MARL Overrides page allows the user to search for MARL calculations based on Food Category, Food Subcategory, UPC and /or Peer Group. Once data has been found and displayed in the search results data grid, User can then select records, entered in MARL override options (Override type, Override value, effective start date and effective end date) and preview to see new MARL values based on these override options.
1. From the Vendor module, select MARL Overrides from the navigation drop-down list.
2. The MARL Overrides page displays.
3. Enter the required and optional search criteria from the drop-down menus for the MARL Overrides. Note: HANDS excludes the food category for Fruits and Vegetable (Food Category Code: 19) in the Food Category combo box.
4. Click the Search button at the bottom of the page. All MARL Overrides matching the specified criteria are displayed.
5. To clear all search criteria and begin a new search, click the New Search button at the bottom of the MARL Overrides page.
6. Select the check box for each food category. The Preview and Apply buttons become available.
7. Enter the MARL Override Options required and optional information.
8. To review changes, click the Preview button.
9. To override existing data with updated value, click the Apply button.
10. To discard search criteria and begin again, click the Reset button.
