The Food Benefit Lookup page allows the user to search for and review issued Food Benefit (FB) and Case Value Vouchers (CVV) based on search criteria. The user will only be able to view food benefits and cash value vouchers that have been issued from their logged in Clinic. The user has the ability to filter food benefits and CVVs printed by Family ID, Client ID, Vendor ID, Farmer ID, CVV ID, the date to use range, and by a particular serial number range.
Select FB Lookup from the WIC Services navigation drop-down list. The FB Lookup search page displays.
1. Enter the search criteria to locate the issued food benefit or cash value voucher.
2. Click the Search button at the bottom of the page. The search results will display all matching records.
3. In the Food Benefits or CVVs section use the scroll bar to view and click the Preview Check button for the particular benefit you want to view. The Check Preview window displays.
4. Review the Food Benefit or CVV. Click the OK button to close the window.
5. To perform a new search, click the New Search button at the bottom of the page.
