Resend/Void Envelope Error

1.  If the user sends an eSignature Package to a family and the family signs the documents, if the user has not refreshed the eSignature page and attempts to void or resend the envelope HANDS will display ‘Error encountered while processing this action.  Please check the current status before Resend/Void the envelope.’ and updates the envelope’s information accordingly in the grid.  The user can click the Reset button to clear the error message and refresh the eSignature grid to obtain the status of the envelope.  See Module 2: Figure 30 below
