Record Late Payment or Missed Payment Fee

 

To access the Collections screen, select the Collections tab from the task menu bar. On the Collections screen:

 

1.  Click the Add button.  The Add screen is displayed. 

 

2.  Select the fee Type, and enter the Billed Date and Monthly Billed amount.

 

3.  Select the Late Fee or Missed Payment check box.

 

4.  To retain payment information and close the add screen, click the OK button.

 

5.  To save the record, click the Save button on the Collections screen.
