The WIC Client:

After the WIC Family Information has been entered into HANDS, each WIC applicant or client is then added to the Client Information Page, which contains the following information fields:

•       Client Last and First Name

•       Client Date of Birth

•       Gender

•       Proof of ID

•       Mother and Infant Linking with Mother's ID

•       Ethnicity

•       Race

 

After each Client record is saved, HANDS will generate a Client ID for that individual.
