•       Scan Title – The user-specified title of the document being scanned. Required.

•       Description – The user-specified description of the document.

 

Radio Buttons:

•       Scanner Color Mode: Grayscale: Indicate the image will be grayscale (black & white).

Buttons:

•       Back To Breast Pump Issuance: Return to Issuance and Return search page.

• Scan – Click to cause the scanner to scan.
• Save – Click to save the scanned document to the breastfeeding page.
