The Assessment page will be used to Calculate WIC Codes, Preview WIC Codes and Complete Assessment. All questions will be client based and the Assessment will be broken into four sections:
1. Assessment Main Groups (A, B, C, D, and E), Assessment Topics, and Probing Questions
A) Anthropometric
B) Biochemical
C) Clinical
D) Diet and Nutrition
E) Environmental
2. Contains Probing Questions which are associated with each of the WIC Code Groups.
3. All WIC Codes are listed for each Assessment Main Group. System generated WIC Codes will be display only and users will be allowed to manually assign WIC Codes. Only those WIC Codes associated with the selected Client's Category will be available for selection.
4. WIC Codes Summary panel displays HANDS system generated WIC Codes and manually assigned WIC Codes.
